***NO ROOT REQUIRED*** This is a custom sense 3.0 skin by Hateslinger aka Raider3bravo. Presenting: Sierra BIO Skin V2.4. This is a BIO theme, so you'll see "Bio" Graphics throughout the skin.Known devices this Skin will work on as of 09/24:

HTC EVO (Only EVO Devices running on HTC Sense 3.0)
HTC EVO 3D
HTC Sensation 4G
Known devices this skin will NOT work on as of 09/24:
HTC Desire HD
HTC mytouch 4g
**This is mainly for 3.0 Sense based phones using the latest Gingerbread UI + HTC Sense 3.0. If you do NOT have a lock ring to unlock your phone then this will not work on your device. To be specific, if you currently have a pull down slider to unlock the phone, this will NOT work on your phone. You'll need to either upgrade to a newer firmware or new device that supports HTC Sense 3.0 and has a lock ring.
IMPORTANT: TO verify this will work before you download, go to MENU>SETTINGS>ABOUT PHONE>SOFTWARE INFORMATION. If it says anything less than 2.3.3 THIS WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR DEVICE. It also must say,"HTC Sense Version 3.0," which should be right below 2.3.3 or 2.3.4.

Please keep track of the Version Number you downloaded! Unfortunately, Android skins are currently tied to ONE version number:273678336 which permits the skin to be used on your phone in the first place. The only way Skins can currently push out future updates is by deleting the current application from the market and uploading a new one. So if you download the skin and see another update, you'll have to buy the next one as well. It's lame but there's currently no other route we can take. I suggest if you download the Skin, like it and want a see a future update, then view the changelog to see if you really want the latest Skin based on the recent
changes.
How to install:
1) Download the application
2) Select Menu>Personalize>Skin.
3) You should see NOV Skin V1, select it and it should load
4) You may have to restart the phone for the phone images to show.
If you have any questions or suggestions on theme colors, please email me or add me to gtalk. Thanks. If you would like the full phone themed, you'll need to obtain root and download the entire theme. Since this is still in BETA, it will take some work to get more of the phone skinned/themed.
*A reboot may sometimes be required to load the dialer graphics.
*I'v had a lot of request to theme the dialer. Trust me, if the dialer could be themed, it would be the best dialer on the market. However, the Skin doesn't allow for us to theme the dialer without having root access. We're researching this and trying to figure a way around it. In the meantime, it is what it is.
