Misleading I purchased this as opposed to listening to my other relaxation mp3s because i thought this specifically addressed self confidence. However, this is no different than any other hypnosis recording. All about feeling relaxed, not specifically self confident. Wish i could still get refunded.

Good Butt Great hypnosis app . Butt needs the ability to move to the sdcard. I would buy more and recommend if it didn' take up valuable phone memory....

I find this works well. Relaxing, well done. Pleasant speaking voice. Worth the money. Listen to it everyday for best results.

Works great first time I was thinking about it too much didnt work probably why I needed this app finally gave it another chance and worked!

Im a very skeptical person and usually won't comment on things like this but this thng- if you open you mind to it, you become so relaxed & free.
