More than ACLS This app is absolutely fantastic. Once you get used to the interface, which is pretty intuitive, it's very easy to find what you're looking for very quickly. Also a great study tool! Need to brush up on your pediatric doses? Go into the app and they are all listed right there. Need to know the shock protocol? Bam, right there. 5/5

Update drugs! Great paramedic reference, however... Drugs SHOULD be consistent with current acls protocols.

Love this app but... A wonderful app. Love it 90%! This app needs to be available offline. We are rural and already we don't have great service let alone in the back of the ambulance. Also, I hate seeing the images in my gallery and also, if they have been downloaded once why continue to redownload them every time we reinstall the app. Also, I haven't found a way, but would love to be able to have app on iPad without having to pay for it all over again! Please fix and will change to 5 stars!

Very useful, couple things need fixing though! Absolutely love this app, along with the other Guide apps that the publisher has made. However there are 2 things that need to be fixed. 1.) Needs to be available while offline. Even in areas where we have excellent cell coverage normally, I don't always get data in the back of the ambulance, or even in rural areas. Please fix this. 2.) Please, please!!!! Fix it so the pictures that are downloaded don't show up in My Gallery. I know there's a way you guys can do it so it'll just save without being in the gallery. Otherwise, great app and will continue to use, but will give 5 stars when these 2 things are fixed.
