The application has access to the following:

Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Your location
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.

Uses 12% of my battery and I haven't even used the app after installing it.

Searching on houses from before 1900 doesn't work. It just does mixed results from all categories.
