Finding a doctor has never been easier for CDPHP members.The CDPHP® Find-A-Doc mobile application developed by Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP®) enables CDPHP members to locate the nearest doctor, hospital, or health care facility within their network while on the go. It’s convenient, free and easy to use.
In addition to providing multiple search criteria, including name, specialty, city, state, and ZIP code, the Find-A-Doc mobile app also plots the provider’s location on a map, supplies driving directions, and connects members to the provider’s office via a link to the business phone number.
Other features include the option to learn more about CDPHP and contact CDPHP customer service by phone or e-mail.
