The application has access to the following:

Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
System tools
automatically start at boot
Allows an application to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the application to slow down overall performance of the phone by constantly running.
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
Hardware controls
control vibrator
Allows the application to control the vibrator.
Paid services.
send SMS messages
Allows application to send SMS messages. Malicious applications may cost you money by sending messages without your confirmation.

Love WCCC I love this station, helps make the day go by a lot quicker. However, this app needs work. Cuts out randomly and I'll have to go in, close it, open it and then hit ok when it says it's stopped responding to close it, then open it again before it works again. Please fix this, cause I'd give it a 5 star then.

will change to 5 when the description is in real english! thanks for this great app, it lets we active duty military members listen to wccc when we're homesick for live radio and not syndicated crap!
