Wifi is available just about everywhere nowadays. FsIntents will use that to automatically check you in. It's also a Tasker and Locale plugin or a 1-touch simple-as-it-gets shortcut solution for all your automatic check-in needs. You can also check-in using the 2-step process, Live Folders, QR-Codes and Voice commands. Read about all these methods below. Don't forget to change FsIntents' settings to suit your needs!

*Tasker tasks

Create a Tasker task using the FsIntents plugin for Tasker and automatically check-in whenever and wherever you like! You can, for instance, automatically check-in at your work place when you connect to your work's wifi connection. Or you can check-in at your favorite restaurant if you stay in the restaurant's vicinity for more than 10 minutes. The only limit is your imagination.
*Locale
(WARNING: LOCALE IS AN ANDROID APP THAT AUTOMATES TASKS ON YOUR PHONE. THIS FEATURE ONLY WORKS WITH LOCALE INSTALLED)
FsIntents is now also a Locale plugin! You can check-in to foursquare with Locale and costumize your check-in needs to your heart's content!
*Wifi check-ins
(THIS IS A STANDALONE FEATURE WITH NO NEED FOR 3RD PARTY APPS)
FsIntents can now check-in with the help of your existing wifi networks! Simply assign a Foursquare venue to a Wifi network and you will be checked in whenever you connect or are near to that network! Be it your office, your home or your favorite mall, you can automatically check-in automatically wherever there is Wifi available!
*Shortcuts:
Create a shortcut on your homescreen by choosing one of your favorite venues.All you need to do now to check-in is touch the shortcut. You will receive a notification when your check-in is done.
*2Step Check-ins
The Official Foursquare app substitute for check-ing in, 2Step Check-ins! Create an FsIntents 2Step shortcut on your homescreen, and check-in with only 2 steps:
1 - Touch shortcut
2 - Touch Venue
You're done! Never open your foursquare app for check-ing in again!
*QR Check-ins
Visit http://goo.gl/5DuMe on your PC to create QR tags that you can then use to automatically check-in with FsIntents. Print out these tags and physically place them at your favorite venues so you and everyone else can check-in easier and faster! Use homescreen shortcut to scan the QR tags.
*Voice Check-ins
Configure your favorite venues in FsIntents with voice commands, and check-in using your voice. Use homescreen shortcut to issue voice commands to FsIntents.

Excellent app!!!! Works perfectly. Using tasker means it isn't constantly running like some other similar apps. Developer is very responsive...

Fantastic App and Highly Responsive Developer At this point I couldn't imagine using Foursquare without FsIntents. It works flawlessly and it's dead simple to setup auto-checkins with Tasker. João, the developer, is highly responsive was able to help me with an issue with mayorships and release an update to the app incredibly fast once it was discovered that location info needed to be passed to Foursquare when checking in to gain mayorships. FsIntents is worth every penny if you're a Foursquare geek.

My first paid app that I purchased! If you use Foursquare and you're frustrated that you have to go through a lot of steps just to checkin to your favourite venue, then this is the app for you. The app lets you place shortcuts in your homescreen with which you can check in with a single tap. Not only that, combined with Tasker, you can automate your checkin process and reclaim your Mayorship of your venue! The best app ever, the one I was l looking for! Dev is very responsive and replied to all my emails. I also got AutoBarcode app Full version when I purchased this.

Great check-in time saver. Really useful tool, automatically check-in when entering venues with wi-fi, or one tap check-in for other venues when pre assigned to shortcuts. BEST BET, TRY FREE AND SEE IF YOU DECIDE TO UPGRADE TO THE FULL VERSION. IT'S WORTH IT! The developer answered my queries very quickly, looks like the import from lite version feature is working now too, which is always good when upgrading.

Great App Works very well with or without Tasker. With tasker it's very much a timesaver and allows you to automate your check-ins easily.
