The application has access to the following:

read contact data
Allows an application to read all of the contact (address) data stored on your phone. Malicious applications can use this to send your data to other people.

Allows an application to modify the contact (address) data stored on your phone. Malicious applications can use this to erase or modify your contact data.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
Paid services.
directly call phone numbers
Allows the application to call phone numbers without your intervention. Malicious applications may cause unexpected calls on your phone bill. Note that this does not allow the application to call emergency numbers.
send SMS messages
Allows application to send SMS messages. Malicious applications may cost you money by sending messages without your confirmation.
Your messages
edit SMS or MMS
Allows application to write to SMS messages stored on your phone or SIM card. Malicious applications may delete your messages.
read SMS or MMS
Allows application to read SMS messages stored on your phone or SIM card. Malicious applications may read your confidential messages.
Your accounts
discover known accounts
Allows an application to get the list of accounts known by the phone.

Copy contact What happened to Copy contact? Thats the only reason I used this app. To copy from my Google contacts to my phone contacts since the DroidX doesn't sync the gmail group info to the phone. Now that I bought the app you removed it???? what gives? fix it or i want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best I found, but needs a little more I really like it... I think it is a little hard to read but I haven't played with all the settings yet. I would ask that they add a "combine duplicates" attribute. I found how you link them, but my list shows that I have over 900 contacts and I think if we removed the duplicates that would cut down to half the number. Also would like to UPLOAD to my Google Contacts.

Great app! Can group your contacts and alphabetize them by family name. I actually found contacts that I never thought I would ever see again!

does no more than the app that came with my EVO 4G from sprint , I removed the app.

This is a really needed application for anyone who wants to keep myrtle contact groups separate!
