Fickle Worked for 15 minutes and the started to produce unplayable recordings. I spent about 1 and a half hours to get this working making about 30 test calls. Deleting the applications data got the app to work again (Settings/Applications/Total Recall -> Force Stop, Clear Data). This doesn't delete the recordings, just the configuration. Setting "Service / Select calls to be recorded" to "Both" results in empty files written to storage, regardless of audio format chosen. Even setting this setting back to "None" has no effect. The only solution is to delete the app's data and start from scratch. Fortunately, "Both" seems to be the default setting internally even if the user interface says "None". The "Prompt for save dialog after call" has not effect. The app prompt for a file name after the call regardless of this setting. The voice on the other end is very faint in the recordings, but still audible, at least when there is no background noise. It should be OK for verification purposes, but it wouldn't work for a podcast or any other recording that has to be presentable. It's really annoying that there is no app that gets this job done decently.

Fix won't open and stops unexpectally.. reported numerous times.. please fix soon being this is a paid app

Best in class Tried several recorders and they only recorded 1sIde of the conversatIon. This recorder works both ways and does an excellent job and is clear. Best in Class!!

DOES THE JOB I NEED IT TO DO I am so happy that this app exists bc i have needed something like it a long time ago. i have the Sprint Galaxy s2 and i have not had the first issue. Prob the best app I have purchased. Its Sooo worth it!!

Perfect! I use this app to record specific numbers. It worked great on my S2 (until i installed a custom rom) and now I run it on my stock S3 and it works perfect. It records both sides of the conversation and the audio files are stamped with the time/date AND the name of the caller (if you have that info in your address book).

Useless Customer Service- 0/5 rating I am facing a typical problem with this app. I have almost about 100 calls in a day and when I check them in the evening I DO NOT GET all the records, what I mean to say is that NOT ALL THE CALLS ARE BEING RECORDED. Only a few of them are getting recorded like 60/100 and I do not know why this problem is occurs. When contacted the customer care THEY REPLY RUDELY STATING ITS THE PROBLEM WITH UR PHONE AND NOTHING IS A PROBLEM FROM OUR SIDE. Wish there was a negative rating that we could give...-5/5.

S2 Android 2.3.3 unrooted After d last update B4 this latest update, it gave me a lot of problems. However I must commend TR support for addressing my issues. Somehow, after a while, TR stopped it's crankiness. Now it is working perfectly. Ps. I have NOT updated to this latest one as I am completely chicken on this one: if it ain't broke, don't fix it!! TR, can u guarantee me I won't get problems if I go for d update?
