Stay organized by keeping your frequented clubs & group exercise classes readily available within favorites.

Keep up with our latest tweets, postings and specials.
Membership:
Update your membership profile, view your receipts, and keep track of your workouts by reviewing your check-ins.
Reserve:
Schedule your personal training or reserve a racquetball court.
Guests:
Add friends to your VIP list and they will enjoy a complimentary 2 week guest pass to work out whenever they like, with or without you.

Love it! Great app! Keeps track of all check-ins and other account activity. Classes are updated. Couldn't ask for more!!

Decent Pretty good. Still uses facebook through Internet app instead of through the Facebook App, but works well to keep track of times I go there.

Master trainer Paula King Master trainer Paula King goes above and beyond her job. In August of 2011, she performed CPR, saving man's life. Many of her clients have lost several inches from TRX training. She can always be found keeping the gym neat and clean. Thank you Douglasville for having a trainer that truly cares about the members.

Love it This app is great. It lets me do everything i need to without having to find a computer. La Fitness is awesome.
