The application has access to the following:

Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Your location
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.

Starbooks Your app is crap. I installed and unistalled 3 times and it force closes and fails to download anything. 1 star for effort.

Storage I would give 5 stars if only the storage problem didnt exist. This app can only be saved in my internal storage and cannot be moved to my memory stick..this creates a number of problems in my sumsung galaxy mini..so only 3 stars for now..please make it possible to move to the memory sticks memory. Ty.
