Description
WeedLaws is your pocket guide to Marijuana laws and Medical Marijuana across the United States of America (and Puerto Rico). See detailed penalties for possession, cultivation, and sale, as well as other "weed"-related legal information for every state. We believe this to be the most accurate and complete database of Marijuana laws in existence.
Are you a Medical Marijuana patient traveling out of state? Use WeedLaws to check penalties for possession and reciprocity for out-of-state medical cards, at your destination and along the way.
***PLEASE READ***
In response to comments about accuracy, WeedLaws now displays the legal code section for most offenses, allowing you to verify the information in the state law texts. Please do not assume information is inaccurate because it differs from other online sources. Many of these websites sites are very out-of-date and have factual inaccuracies. Many websites simply copy content from others, and incorrect information spreads. We have extensively researched state law and believe this to be one of the most accurate sources out there for this information (however, this is not legal advice and is for informational purposes only; please contact your attorney for legal advice).
Medical Marijuana information is now available in the free version! Sorry guys, this should have been free from the beginning.

B.s. not up to date. Misleading.. Please update laws for Connecticut. 1oz or less has been decriminalized since June2011, and medical marijuana is recognized since May2012
