Connectivity issues Worked fine in GB but the ability of this app to stay connected is non-existent in ICS and JB. I only get an hour or two before losing connection to server, even over 4G.

No Alerts Simple use case: you're in a meeting with your Android device, and someone sends you an IM through Lync. You would obviously like to have an alert, even if you don't have the client up in the foreground. Instead, you get nothing. You have to have the app up and in the foreground and you have to notice that someone sent you the IM by reviewing the Chats list. No alerts...unless I'm missing something? Configuration options are minimal, and none seem to control alerts.

Tablets? Tablets are becoming more and more prevalent in the workplace yet you have an app (which will work just fine on a tablet) that is listed as incompatible with most tablets. I've got it running just fine on my Asus Transformer Prime.

Needs update Jelly Bean support needed. Also there's proxy support in iPhone version but not in Android version. I can't use Lync 2010 in my company without proxy support.

Few glitches - Takes a bit too long signing in even when my Android ICS is connected to bbn over home wireless. - Observed during one of the conversations that messages typed by other party appeared under my name in Conversation view. Pretty weird. - Not able to add contacts, share files with Contacts limits its usability. - Not able to create groups or modify them.
