Great tool for music study: LG Optimus Slider running Android 2.3.4. Great for learning choir music on-the-go without my book. I recommended this to everyone who sings in one. Lyrics are a plus. Would give 5 stars if I could open MIDIs and stream them online. Same with downloading that way. I like all the other settings for playback---there are many.

Nice, but needs saved settings I finally have a way to listen to my extensive collection of VGM MIDIs. However, the app could use some upgrades: 1) Settings that can be saved / customizable presets for different use cases. 2) A "Set all to piano" button like the desktop version has. 3) Auto-muting of the Percussion tracks, like the desktop versions have. 4) The ability to save the changed MIDI file back to the device/SD card as a new file so I don't have to change the song every time I load it (the OS X version has a workaround for that). 5) Proper detection of tempo or time key changes within a single song. I have several files that do both, and this app (desktop versions included) play those songs at the slowest tempo for the entire song, resulting in incorrect playback speed. 6) The ability to speed up the song as well as the current ability to slow it down.
