The application has access to the following:
System tools
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
automatically start at boot
Allows an application to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the application to slow down overall performance of the phone by constantly running.
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Your location
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Paid services.
directly call phone numbers
Allows the application to call phone numbers without your intervention. Malicious applications may cause unexpected calls on your phone bill. Note that this does not allow the application to call emergency numbers.
Other
android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_UPDATES
android.permission.KILL_BACKGROUND_PROCESSES
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Nice But a test for latency under load would be nice, just a bit at the end where does everything at once. Just to see if there's some bufferbloat in the path

Great, but units seem wrong in results Great app. The graphs seem correct, but the summary results give me download and upload speeds 1000 times to fast.

Just for fun once the test is over try to zoom into a number on the end of a line. You can't. It never gets there no matter how much you zoom.
