Q: How can I share a fact from the list?
A: Just press for 2 or 3 seconds over the fact, a menu with the available sharing options will appear
Q: How can I change the speech speed?
A: The speed of the speech is controlled by the TTS engine installed with Android. It can be set up by going to:
Settings --> Voice input & output settings --> Text to speech settings --> speech rate
Q: I don't like the voice. How can I improve it?
A: The default text-to-speech engine installed with Android is Pico TTS, it’s pretty simple and sometimes may sound a bit electronic. You can always install alternatives like eSpeak, SVox or IVONA from Android Market.
Q: How can I change the speech accent?
A: Just go to Menu --> Settings and select the language. Currently, 2 accents are available:
* English (US)
* English (GB)
About the permissions:
We know you may be worried about the permissions required by the application so here is the explanation of why they are needed:
To load the ads used to support the development of the application, these permissions are required:
- Full Internet access
- View network state
About the speech synthesizer:
The text-to-speech (TTS) technology may not be available in some devices. To check if your phone is able of speech synthesis: Menu -> Settings -> Voice input & output -> Text-to-speech settings.
If not installed, your device may ask you to install the TTS engine. An internet connection may be required. We recommend installing it before traveling as roaming data tariffs may be very expensive.

Very good It's very good. Simple to use and has share and favorite buttons. There is some facts that have nothing to do with the Universe it's funny when it happens but could be fixed. There is also a voice that reads it out loud for you that I use a lot cause I always get eye strain reading too much. Four stars! ****

A neat idea, but shotty "facts" This is definitely a great idea, but I would like to see accurate information pertaining to astronomy only. I looked at about 10 "facts" and 1 pertained to "A Raisin in the Sun" (just because it has the word "sun" does not mean it is astronomy related),1 described Pluto and Charon as planets, and about half were basic astronomy that anyone with a slight interest would know. The rest I am not sure of, but certainly will not trust since they came from this app!

Pretty effin' cool It's very interesting and informative; but there is a small glitch: every time the app opens, it also opens a notification asking me to download the text-to-speech drivers. It could be a problem with my tablet, not necessarily the app's fault. Still, I don't know.

Flawed Great concept but it's peppered with stupid errors. 1022 galaxies in the entire universe? Eh, don't think so.. Proof reader needed.

How...? I don't understand how this app has so many good reviews. Most of the facts on here are so stupidly wrong only a moron would believe. These things need a serious fact check before being published.

Incorrect info Overall a good app with some interesting facts but some misleading informatin. For example: "A person of 60kg weigh would weigh only 10kg on the moon" should be along the lines of "A person of mass 60kg would have a weight of approximately 600N on Earth and only 100N on the moon" The mass of the person would not change.
