**The service is currently available in more than 55 European metropolitan areas. Urban Guidance is a Live service and therefore requires a data connection.
Note:
- Positioning your smartphone correctly in the vehicle is very important to ensure optimal GPS reception and for your own safety! We recommend attaching your telephone to the windscreen with a suitable suction pad holder. Ensure that this is always positioned outside of the range of the airbags!
- NAVIGON is an on-board solution. This means that all map material, voice announcements and system files are saved on the telephone. Therefore no charges or waiting time for data transfer are incurred.
- The Europe version requires approx. 2GB of free memory. Please ensure you have sufficient available mass-storage space (SD card).
- The map material must be downloaded after installing the app via NAVIGON Fresh on a PC or via wireless Internet on the smartphone. Please ensure a reliable and safe connection is available.
- Samsung users: please only download using wireless Internet!
- on first startup a short data connection (ca. 25kB) is required to register your product

Great Job Love this app. Gotten used to it now and the activation bug has gone. Well done for Sensation and gs2.

Useless App No Support DO NOT BUY. DON'T BUY THIS APP Does not work and there is no NAVIGON Support they do not reply to your messages and when you call there customer support it automatically hangs up on you. It has a major bug you buy the app install the app open the app them it want's to down load map updates and then you get the error message "An error has occurred. The download has failed" this is far as it gets and you can't use the app. You can't get your money back either as google does not send you an invoice and the option to cance

Doesn't even deserve one star New version sucks,less user friendly and lags,buggy,way less accurate.Need more setting options and no 3d buildings,not worth the price,prefer iGO

New version is less user friendly. Too many button clicks required to start navigating. Makes it very awkward to use and requires clicks while driving. Not very safe.

Activation fails after upgrading to 4.0. I should have deferred. Now app is useless after paying $89.99 a few months ago. Please fix!

Was a great app until 4.0. Now I can't load the app as I get an activation error. Wiped phone to get fresh install and I am still getting the same.

Version 4 disaster It was ok with 3.x versions. Annoying irrelevant 'watch your speed' warnings doesn't count. Version 4.0 just crashes all the time on my GarminAsus A50. navigon_checkout_aus force close. New interface is just rubbish. BTW Navigon was acquired by Garmin recently. Don't buy it - waste of money. No support site/forum available. Noone cares.

Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 - Error during Map Install After purchasing Fresh Maps XL, prompted to update maps, download fails straight away, cleared app data, removed, re-installed, and now still stuck on trying to download maps....Come on navigon fix the bugs seriously.....

Used it in NZ for 10 days. Not as simple to use as Google but offline us works well enough. Map a little old nit we did 1,500kms with out trouble
