- vibrate phone after specified time interval (minutes)
- start vibrating from now, or from last full hour
- different vibrations on 0, 15, 30, 45 minutes from full hour

Excellent idea, but lacks polish. Some alerts were short pulses (vibration), others long. Hard to tell if pulse from this or an incoming email. .... ATRIX
