Fixed a bug on the several devices where the SD card was not accessible with the file picker.

Fixed a bug where folders containing .nomedia couldn't be accessed.

Removed dependency on external file manager. Unrar now has its own file picker so you don't need Astro or any other file manager to choose a file. Most of the file managers have made changes recently that make them incompatible with Unrar.

The application has access to the following:

Storage

modify/delete SD card contents

Allows an application to write to the SD card.

System tools

prevent phone from sleeping

Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

Network communication

full Internet access

Allows an application to create network sockets.

view network state

Allows an application to view the state of all networks.

Phone calls

read phone state and identity

Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
