Pointless recalibration hey, I really don't like the fact that at each new level it makes me do as many reps as I can, again, and again. Why can't the program just continue on its gradual increase without interrupting my workout every few days? There are other workout apps that do just that and it is much less confusing: am I supposed to wait a day after doing as many as possible? Am I just supposed to continue with the new set of reps in the same day? What?
