Modify UI : more easy to use for users.
The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
Your location
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
System tools
modify global system settings
Allows an application to modify the systemʼs settings data. Malicious applications can corrupt your systemʼs configuration.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Your personal information
read contact data
Allows an application to read all of the contact (address) data stored on your phone. Malicious applications can use this to send your data to other people.
write contact data
Allows an application to modify the contact (address) data stored on your phone. Malicious applications can use this to erase or modify your contact data.

Great app This ringtone app works very well. Can download as ringtone notification or alarm.

Absolute Music Downloads It had some good ringtones but it needs the lasts rap, hip-hop and R&B with video

Sucked Most of the ones I wanted were crappy sounding or didn't sound at all like the song it was supposed to be don't waste your tome with this app.

Not bad, u.i. could be better tho. Wish I wasn't FORCED 2 set sound as my ringtone/notification/etc right then & there, just 2 be able 2 save that particular sound [to my saved list of sound choices]. It'd be SOOOO much better if u could just simply save the sound & then use it if & when u wanted 2 use it.
