Description
Finally Ports Of Call the classic trade simulation game from the Amiga time made it onto Android devices. We tried to be as close as possible to the orginal (its really the SAME kernel code), in terms of original grafic and behavior. We added some helpful features, as the new joystick control for navigating in the shipsimulator and for the radar collision system. We also added some keyboard support when a keyboard is not available. Save, Load, Help and New is available using the Android MENU item. We tested the game on different devices, also very small ones. The buttons are sometimes small, but you will get used to them, but therefore we were able to use our original grafics with the typical AMIGA look. We provided an intro and tutorial video.The App supports 10 different languages which can be selected when starting the game (English, French, Netherland, Norwegian, Italien, Spanish, Finish, Swedish, Daenish, Portugais and German). Any suggestions are welcome please write us.
Some hints on comments and the EXIT function of the program. Please use the HOME button to exit the application. We didnt provide an extra EXIT button to terminate the program, as the Android System recommends not to terminate the program ourself instead let do the Android System the termination if necessary. This is to have a full compatible system and keep the OS in a stable condition. We prefere a stable system left to the user instead of doing some hacks on this -- if you really need to kill the App, use the END program function of the Android Application manager, so you dont need to reboot the Phone.

Works great Fantastic on my sgs3, am getting shipwrecked guys to pick up on most trips though.. Almost never got that on the Amiga :)

An incredible disappointment I loved this game on the Amiga, so I quickly bought it. As an app, it is horrible. I can tell the authors put almost no effort into converting this game. Standard controls don't work, it's next to impossible to control and the only way to exit it is to force a shutdown. I can see why they only offer a paid version. If you played it first, you would never but it!

A perfect time waster Works perfectly on XOOM. Can be quite repetitive once you have mastered it but engaging nonetheless.

Galaxy S3 Where is exit option? Have to restart phone to exit!! Will revise if bug fixed.

Controls need to be improved Its to hard to control speed and direction with the same control. Also the speed of the game is to fast. This runs 3 or 4 times faster than it should. The game is impossible to play in bus,car or train .

Nice port but buggy Nice port, but annoying bugs are spoiling the fun. 1. Radar emergency while ship in port? 2. Mortgage doesn't seem to be reduced despite paying instalments. 2. Cargo and destination lists generated independently, making the choices less fun.

Fun but very unreliable Played the first 6 houres without any problems. But then it started crashing. Now I have to save every chance I get. Fun but unreliable. Desperately needs updates. Example: An 'off' option would be nice. I have to force task manager to shut it down.
