This app was developed as an entry to the CIO/G6 "Apps for the Army" competition, and is based on the modules publicly available online from the U.S. Defense Language Institute.

Great for selecting a phase then showing and having it read out loud. Only works for Viet to English. Some military phases you would not want to use!!
