The BestBody Interval: Mobile free version is a great little tool to get you started intervaling. With up to 5 exercises and 2 iterations, you'll get to experience the relaxing process of being able to mentally multi-task while improving your fitness and shape. Once you're on your way to a consistent regimen you'll find that 5 activities isn't enough. You'll want to download the Primo version.
The BestBody Interval: Mobile Primo version is just like the free version but provides for up to 16 activities and 3 iterations. The Primo version also lets you build, store and retrieve unlimited Interval programs for different situation (office, home, weekend, morning, lunch) or for different family members. (One mom even used it to coach her kids through the morning school preparation activities!) With the Primo version, you should be able to exercise every part of your body and be looking mighty fine in just two weeks.
