This is the best apk manager for non rooted users This app will back up all your apps apk's to your sd card, even the ones on the system. You can then backup the sd card to a PC. If you update an app and it doesn't work right, delete it and install the old apk. Use this before you root to backup your apps apk's. This will not backup any app data (the level achieved in a game, etc) , but no app for non rooted user's will.
