While there are many applications called "call recorder" on the market, most of them either does not work, claim to work on only few phone models, or record the audio coming from your speaker phone, which result in very poor recording of the other party.

Permissions explained:
CALL_PHONE - To make the recorded phone call.
GET_ACCOUNTS - To send the recording to your account.
RECEIVE_SMS - One time registration process sends you an SMS for verification.
INTERNET - Connects to the recording servers.
READ_CONTACTS - Allows selecting a contact to call from your contact list.
BILLING - Enables purchase of additional minutes.
READ_PHONE_STATE - Know when the recorded call is over.
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION - Know which U.S. state you are in.

The best around Great app, with great support. Application is not free - but got my important call recorded and sent to my email with excellent quality. Also great support from developer.

Droid Razr Only call recorder I've found to work with moto! Great app! Get email almost instantly containing clearly recorded call! Great app!

Works even on Motorola Unlike all of the other applications for call recording, this one actually works on Motorola Droid RAZR. It does this by utilizing a paid call-in service. While I'm not so happy about a per-minute fee, and it's understandable and it works perfectly every time.

Yeah it works Worked for me and it emailed me a copy of the recording. If u actually need a call recorded and want to be able to save for future use its worth paying for. ijs

Horrible This ap has access to ALL the data on your phone. Totally ridiculous..sms, contacts, calls, emails. What a joke! Delete!!
