Screen Off Widget

LED backlight stays on. Seens to be the norm with the various screen off apps I've tried. Adding an icon to the notification tray would be nice.

Good on handheld. Only rotates screen on pad.

I have been expecting an update. Can you make it so the invisible widget will launch an app of your choice? It could be useful for other things.

Works just as described, but another app of same name eliminates 5 second delay if rooted.

Doesn't really turn off screen. Lock Screen Button does.

Use changing sleep time logic like lock enabler but much more reliable. Works fine for me till I found other app which can lock screen imediately.

If you worry about your power button wearing out like the nexus one, then this app is for you. Place widget and one touch shuts screen off. Gtab, NexS
