Description
You get information about holidays and school vacations for many countries, i.e. AR, AT, AU, BE, BR, CA, CH, CL, CO, CU, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, IE, IT, JP, LI, LU, MX, NL, NO, NZ, PR, PT, RU, SE, SG, UK, US, ZA.You can choose your country and region / state. The app knows which holidays are usually days off in your regions. These holidays are displayed in red automatically. You can also have holidays from other countries displayed in your list.
When you travel in Europe it will be useful to know when there are school holidays in the different countries, because these dates ar typically fixed for all schools and many people will be travelling then, so flights and hotels may be expensive.
This free version is ad supported and has less features than the original "Holiday and Vacation Calendar" which will hopefully appear soon in the Android market.

Only EEUU Doesnt have any other country apart of united states if u not r living in EEUU dont lost ur time

Pretty good on my Note This app does do UK but you have to choose the country in the settings page and then you need to select some of the holidays like August bank holidays manually. Would like to see an option to change the date format.

Good, but not quite there I am a committed family man, and I think its important to know when Mothers Day, Fathers Day, And Grand Parents Day are. I know I cant remember from year to year what day they fall on.

Wait until it has downloaded the world holidays! I think you have to allow the app some time to download all countries. Uk and others apart from USA are included.

G no calendar. no definition of holiday. app always opens in january not were you left off.
