As an amateur photographer that loves to exploit exposure adjustments to capture great images, I was frustrated that I could not find a camera app that allowed quick and easy exposure (EV) adjustment.
I set out to build the camera app that I myself wanted. For me, quick access to camera settings to manage image capture is just as valuable as seeing the photo preview on the screen. One touch exposure changes is key, as I use that on almost every "good enough to print" image attempt.
I wanted a quick way to mark (star) my best images. Maybe you are familiar with the workflow of a hole punch on the edge of 35mm film. I wanted to recreate that workflow, so Shot Control allows you to easily star your best photographs, and copies them in their own directory. You can't delete starred photos by accident, you must unstar them first...a feature that goes nicely with the option to disable delete confirmations...star the best, then quickly delete the rest.
I've been building Shot Control since August 2011 in my free time, released it in January 2012, and continue to evolve it over time into a tool that helps me take better photographs, and helps me better enjoy photography.

Galaxy note Some functions not working with Note (eg ISO) Has a lot of potential. Not asking for refund just for the developers to continue their job.

Woah... Hands down the best camera app I've ever used! I love taking pictures with my RAZR and after just 1/2 hour of use, Shot Control has been made my (and my fiancée's) default camera app! Really awesome work!

4.4 megapixels Rather than stretching the image, would it be possible for the 4.4 megapixel setting to mimick stock Galaxy Nexus widescreen and simply decrease width from the top and bottom of the image?

Nice app Works really well. Lot better control than stock app. Would like to see a portrait mode for those times when u just need to take a quick snap and have the settings how you want them.

Great App and Even Greater Dev Bought this app after a recommendation from an Android website. Love the Holo inspired settings and flexibility offered by the app. Haven't had any crashes yet but dev seems to very proactive in wanting to make this app stand head and shoulders above else. Kudos to you!

This is great and the developer is involved! I put this on my phone and my Transformer, it's great on the phone but doesn't work correctly on the tablet. I know you're thinking why on a tablet, at family get-togethers I set it up for self portraits, the kids love it. The developer responded to my email within minutes and offered a refund if I preferred, although he says he will fix it but it will take a bit.

Exactly what I was looking for Very promising app. I hope the dev keeps making it better. Please improve the UI as spaces and buttons are a bit cramped. Personally, I don't care much for filters. Already enough apps for that. Keep on the good work!
