After new product key still does it Reinstalled with new product key. Works then when u sign back in again starts to do the same thing again! Spent 3 hrs working on this over the phone.

Excessive battery use! This app makes my screen look like low battery use! Lol. DROIDX 2.3.4 I will have to uninstall this app. Good that I got it free after rebates from Frys. Annual subscription fee too :(

Phone support runaround I attempted to work with their engineering on this app. they keep saying there's going to be a major update to make it work on an htc incredible 2. I have given up as they have too apparently.

Lost Subscription with Android Update Product was working great until my Moto Razor 4 did a system update. Now the app says I have no subscription, and I had 296 days left in the subscription. Nice! Beware of buying the full version. If your phone loses the subscription you're out of luck.

From 5 stars to 1 I changed my rating from 5 stars to one! Im tired of defending Norton antitheft. Last time I checked, Sneak peak does not work freely anymore. You have to first lock your device in order to use sneak peak. Norton does not live up to it's promises since i first bought this. They keep on deleting features everytime they update.

Keeps crashing. Used to be good but now unreliable random crashing and far too easy to disable. Great customer service 5 stars there!
