Speed volume App I gave it 3 stars because it does work about half the time. When it is working, it Will tend to fluctuate at a steady hiway speed.

Does not work It turns the volume up from where I set it to 100% when I hit the initial speed setting. There is no incremental volume adjustment.

The overall concept is great, it works (most of the time). The annoying thing is the way it fluctuates when you're trying to drive at a steady speed.
