Prefixer - the original.
A configurable multi-purpose app that will prefix, suffix and/or replace numbers in your calls, provide customizable call confirmations and even auto handle your calls (answer, silence and deny/blacklist)! All this is made on-the-fly based on your own set up rules. You no longer need to manipulate or change your contact list just because your calling plans or habits change!
Great for country codes, calling cards, Google Voice, Skype to go, PBX, Centrex solutions, FRITZ!Box, speed dialing, the problematic Facebook contact sync and similar!
Prefixer also contains an on/off widget for your home screen, selectable expression templates and a regular expression cheat sheet!
You can add and share rules with your friends using QR code, URL or file (*.pfx). Complete rule sets can be exported/imported to and from SD card.
Prefixer now supports these languages, independent of locale:

The rules in Prefixer are set up using a number of conditions and actions that are easy to configure, enable and disable. When the condition(s) in a rule apply – the action(s) are executed.
Supported conditions:
> Number pattern using regular expression
> Contact list existence
> Labels (ex. Home, Work, Mobile)
> Member/not member in contact group (Android 2.0+)
> Roaming
> WiFi connected/disconnected
> Day of week
> Time of day
Supported actions:
> Remove characters
> Add prefix
> Add suffix
> Add original/manipulated number to call log
> Lookup contact (caller id)
> Call confirmation - standard, manual and party mode/drunk blocker
> Auto handle calls - automatically answer, answer via speaker phone, deny & silence (Android <2.3)
Please note! If you want to use the widget, install Prefixer directly on the phone (not SD). Otherwise the widget will be removed when enabling USB mass storage and not available until you reboot your system again (the same goes for every app with widget and A2SD functionality).

Disables google voice prompt I have a google voice account and set the option so I get the following prompt when I go to dial a number. "Google Voice - Call with Google Voice Call without Google" If you run Prefixer you will NEVER see this prompt no matter what your settings are. Turn Prefixer off and the prompt returns. Too bad Prefixer does allow google voice to display the prompt then change the prefix for you after you have responded to call with or without google voice.

Very good. Thank you. Tried 4 others prior. This was the only one that worked. Galaxy S Froyo, Optus.

Nice Helped. But name display is for very less time. It should be a permanent thing instead of just flashing after long gaps. That is y 4 stars.

Fantastic. Works absolutely perfect for calls, however lacks the same feature for messaging. 5 star worthy otherwise.

Easy to use, works everytime Clean, easy to use GUI. Love the ability to schedule on/off automatic settings without having to use 3rd party software like Locale.

Great app! Had to learn and do trial and error with RegEx but once I figured it out, it was all worth it. I was able to make all of my required prefixing rules and it works great! Saves me a lot of money for my calls.

Awesome Excellent and powerful app. Make life so simpler when you want to use GV, calling cards, bridges, etc.
