I don't trust the latest update This latest update suddenly requires the full network access permission with no explanation as to why. I have emailed the developer to at least confirm the update is legit - no answer, so uninstalling for now.

Very useful. Needs two things for five stars... This is an extremely simple and useful app. I appreciate that there's three complete workouts built-in - forcing me to vary my exercises day to day. :) Needs a few adjustments though; 1. Audio signal for start- and end of exercise 2. Allow me to disable certain exercises. There are 2 or 3 of them that I can't do. It would be great if these were simply swapped out for some random other exercise to make up the program. 3. ... less big, would be very good. :) Thanks!

Do it If you actually do this then you will see results pretty fast but remember that 90% of having a 6-pac is about not having any body fat. Now that's a bit harder!
