TuneWiki is a visual easy-to-use application with simple and intuitive controls.
Slide-in menus give the application an iPhone feel, offering users an unexpected level of familiarity and comfort for an Android-based application.
Moreover, the footer navigation with its neat self-explanatory icons makes jumping between menus quick and painless.
Sometimes, however, the menu buttons lag and appear irresponsive giving the user the impression of having failed to press them correctly. In this respect, other applications respond much faster.
Favorable mention: The integrated video and audio player is easy-to-use and virtually flawless. Access to outside media sources, such as YouTube, is clear and well-designed.
The embedded advertisements are barely, if at all, distracting.
 

TuneWiki is a very comprehensive application that basically exhausts all the media functions the Android platform has to offer. It is important to keep in mind that TuneWiki itself is running on an Android platform that is still new and a bit rough around the edges.
Given all of this, it’s suprising to see TuneWiki run so smoothly
Obviously it’s not perfect; lags and stalls do come up from time to time, the menu navigation doesn’t always run smoothly, and the application crashed during a call.
All the shortcomings aside, the application is very useful and fun. I’m confident that with increased use of this application and the Android platform in general, most of these glitches will be taken care of.
 

TuneWiki is free to download through Android Market.
It should be noted that downloading uses up a lot of data, which means a mobile data plan is a must.
Finally, many tracks are only available for purchase and there are integrated ads.
