** After having released this app for almost 1 year now, I finally realized that I was not allowing files greater than 2MB be uploaded for conversion. This was incredibly stupid of me and I think it is a big reason for the unfortunate 1-star reviews I've received. I've since upped the file upload limit to 100MB, which should be more than enough for you. **
