Not free The 1star is not about the product. It may be excellent. However, the fine print re: only for users who have paid the site see, etc can use it. As I said, the program may be excellant but I wont know bc I belong to any institute that wd pay for a site license.

Do NOT waste money. Medical student, and they have maybe 1/10 words I need with vague definition. Use medscape or ge and save the $50. No refund. Boo

Not free, have 2 subscrible 2 get user ID & password. Super disappointing!!
