The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.

Allows application to take pictures with the camera. This allows the application at any time to collect images the camera is seeing.
Your location
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.

Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
mock location sources for testing
Create mock location sources for testing. Malicious applications can use this to override the location and/or status returned by real location sources such as GPS or Network providers.

Access extra location provider commands. Malicious applications could use this to interfere with the operation of the GPS or other location sources.

Had promise... I think the developer had his friends submit all the 5* ratings. within 2 minutes of using the program to check out what it does, I got a FC while bringing up the map. This FC froze my entire phone and I couldnt click on either the FC button or Report. This is a trash program.

Great app I wanted to report a garbage issue in my town while I was on the run. The automatic process of finding my city based on GPS worked flawlessly and instantly.

efficiency Like how the maps get updated, also the fact of problems being sent to the department they need to go to cut out the extra hassle
