v2.0.306 and v2.0.307 - Fix for some users that are experiencing blank temperatures in the forecast.
v2.0.305 - This is a fix for Android 1.5 handsets (Motorola Cliq, i1, etc) to address the force close when activating the action menu.
v2.0.304 - This release reworked all of the list displays so they are faster and smoother. The map interface now keeps the radar visible when the map scrolls and allows movement and zooming at any time.
The application has access to the following:
Your location
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
access extra location provider commands
Access extra location provider commands. Malicious applications could use this to interfere with the operation of the GPS or other location sources.
mock location sources for testing
Create mock location sources for testing. Malicious applications can use this to override the location and/or status returned by real location sources such as GPS or Network providers.

Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
