PhotoIRmote is the first DSLR Timer Remote Controller for android devices. It allows you to shoot your camera remotely. You can use either the remote port of your camera and a cable or the InfraRed sensor of your camera and an IRmitter (IR emitter) connected to your phone.It includes Self-timer, Long exposure, Interval-timer, Count-exposures, Auto Exposure Bracketing. You can also combine these modes. For instance, you can program PhotoIRmote to wait 5min, release the shutter, then take a total of 25 exposures at 2min intervals. You can easily take HDR photos or even make a HDR Timelapse (since it supports sequences of bracketing exposures).

did not work good on my Samsung Galaxy S Basic IRmitter worked on IR test screen but didn't work with Nikon camera, Active one works but only when the distance between camera and irmitter is less than 30cm. Btw why there is any active IRmitter schema on your page? I bought remote control from Ebay, it works fine ( more than 7metres) and cost me 2$.

Not good for rooted EVO 4G It seems to work in the IR test screen. But once I tried to command my Nikon camera, it doesnt work. Not worth the $$ to get the parts and the app.

Does Not Work on Rooted Desire HD I bought DSLR.bot IR cable but it does not work with this remote and Desire HD. I'm happy to work with developer to help fix this problem if they want? App has lots of promise otherwise.
