Activation code Having issues where every few weeks it says it doesn't recognize my device and I have to enter activation code. Why is it doing this?

FIX THE DONE BUTTON When logging into my account from the app if I press the done button after entering my password my password disappears and I have to retype it all over again until I remember to press the back button instead. Same thing happens if I press the return key. It's very aggravating. Besides that it's a useful app. Below average tho as I've had this problem ever since I first downloaded the app 3 phones ago.

Love it. I love the app! Woodforest recently updated the back end of their online banking to make it better and more secure to protect customer information. If you have issues you should visit your favorite branch location with your phone in hand. They can make sure you have correct email info in file. My branch had me running before I walked out the door!
