a.Exercise by exercise yoga asana videos and poses for you to refer and practice yoga correctly.
b. Choose a daily regime and follow.
c. Default regime prepared by expert physicians and yoga trainers.
d. Option to change your regime according to your focus and need.
e. Exercise bifurcated by Ailments/Physical/Mental to help you choose the exercises to add to your daily regimen.
Constructive suggestions for improvement of this application will be highly appreciated.
You can also move the application to the SD card in case of space crunch..

Very cool app.. Best yoga app I have ever used...go for pro ..just a matter of 2$.. for my well being its ok..:-)

Why is it free? None of the content is available unless you pay for it. What's the point of a free version for it?

More good than bad... I thoroughly enjoy the app but wish you didn't have to pay to enjoy more of it. As far as common illnesses go, the list should extend and include things for memory and maybe bone strength and density... other than that I like the app!
