ICE is designed to be a great help in case of emergency. The first helper is able to see who to call and which person he deals with in only a few clicks.The icon had to be changed due to German law.
You can add ICE to your lockscreen with the app "WidgetLocker". There will be no own lockscreen implementation because of many different Android devices and versions.
Change the relation of a contact by choosing edit & tapping the current role.
The password is not used to protect the data from being read - it's used to protect the data from being changed.

WORKS @Roni I use an extra app called Widget Locker to allow me to place ICE as a bypassable lock screen app.

Needs to be able to be accessed by bypassing my security unlock screen...is this possible?
