Started out great. Now I have to delete it and reinstall it every week. Fix force close problem and I will give five stars.

Pretty good app on the charm. Wish you could program more buttons and also wish the notes, audio, and pictures would be paired with a timestamp.

Unable to "add" custom fields as described, you cab only edit existing tabs.
