Description
Simply point the camera at an object to see what color it is. Great if you are color blind and fun to play with even if you are not!Snap a picture (or choose from gallery) to view in static mode, with over 1600 color names.
Thanks I find this app very helpful.. red green color blind here. One suggestion is it would be great to be able to turn the camera light on.
Very helpful I have several colorblind people in my family, and for some reason they love to argue with me about what color things are. Now I can finally win!
Does what it says, thanks. Does what it says, computer LEDs are tricky and you need to use the edge of the light as others have stated. Galaxy S
Says everything is orange
Thank you! This app is a lifesaver for those of us who are colorblind. I was going to work on writing such an app myself, but took a quick look on the Android Market and found this once. It works well. Although my Atrix camera colors are a bit off (no fault of What Color?), What Color gets me over the red/green hump. The only way I can think of to improve the app is to develop color calibration profiles for the more popular devices. One way I thought of doing this was taking photos of a reference test image.
Nice app, lets you click on any part of the pic u take and get color. I'm color blind, worth 99¢.
Nice. Has a little trouble with equipment LEDs, but if you aim at the edge of the light it works.
Gets confused if the lighting isnt perfect and calls everything orange. The WB correction needs to be more simplified.
Entertaining but is just as confused about colors as I am. Maybe it will do better in brighter light.
Not bad. Fun to use. I like the inclusion of rgb values. Helpful as I am colour blind
