WORKS FOR ME Never had a problem with it. Posts my pictures every time.

This is a plugin; this is not an app. This is a plugin. It was designed to allow users of the "Twicca" app to upload photos using "Twitpic" instead of the app's default, "YFrog". After installing this to your phone, it is not going to open on your phone like an app would. Just go to the "Twicca" app (download and install this if you haven't already; without "Twicca", this plugin is entirely useless), and then when you upload a picture with a tweet, you will get the option to choose "YFrog" or "Twicca". Hope this helps clear things up.
