Description
Smart Distance Pro is the extended set of Smart Tools collection (distance, golf-rangefinder, speed).This range-finder(telemeter) measures the Distance to a target by the camera perspective. The effective distance is 10m-1km. To measure the distance, you should know the height(width) of a target.
Don't worry!! Man's height is 1.7m(5.6ft), a golf flag is 7ft, a bus is 3.2m(10.5ft), a door is 2.1m(7ft). With that, we can guess the height(width) of almost everything.
If you know the airplane model, you can measure the distance from the sky. For reference, Boeing 747's width is 72 meters.
Usage is simple. Input the height of the target, and touch the screen. If the target is aligned by 2 lines, get the measured distance.
* Now, 3 tools for distance were completed.
1) Smart Ruler (Short, by touch) : 1-50cm
2) Smart Measure (Medium, trigonometry) : 1-50m
3) Smart Distance (Long, perspective) : 10m-1km
Speed Gun's Usage is also easy. To measure the speed, input the closest distance to the target, and touch the screen following target.
There are too many android devices in the world. If yours is inaccurate, you can calibrate it by yourself, otherwise please send an email.

Try this.... I bought the Pro pack and I thought for sure my phone wasn't compatable after trying to use it. However after adjusting my phone's built it accelerometer everything works perfectly! Top notch programs people!

It supposes you know heights and widths Interesting idea, but not a great app. For example, to measure an object's height, you have to enter it's width. In most cases, how do you know what that is unless you measure it? I had hoped the app would figure it all. Instead, it wants you to estimate, but you can't always be accurate or even in the ballpark. I am uninstalling it. Good thing it was less than a buck. Someday, maybe phones will have a laser system on them for this sort of purpose.

Input problem. I'm sure this app works fine for most phones, but on my Google nexus s I can't change any inputs or units. It lets me try to enter them but then it stays as it was. Shame, all other smart tools work great.

Like it. Sometimes i don't know if it's accurate or not but it's wonderful. Should be merged with smart tools.
