This app is designed to make DNA codon lookups quick and easy, as well as translate entire sequences into their reverse, complement and reverse complement counterparts.There are 3 tools which can aid biologists:
DNA to Amino Acid - Enter your DNA codons and the tool will show you the amino acid chain and also allow you to choose the reverse, complement and reverse complement of the sequence.
DNA Codon Table - Easily and quickly look up the relevant DNA codons for each amino acid.
E Coli Back Translate - Enter an amino acid chain and see it's DNA sequence based on its preferred codons.
