If you see an adult suddenly collapse, you should perform Hands-Only CPR:
1) Call 911.
2) Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
This application will teach you how to perform Hands-Only CPR through video instruction.

Great! As an EMS Provider and CPR Instructor, I think everyone should download this app! For of you that are saying fast and hard is not right, you are wrong.30 Compressions in 18 seconds or less, that's pretty fast...

Great! I know this is not the full CPR training, but as a layman, I would give this a try rather then nothing while help is on the way.

Great app Just took a course and this is the new method, more oxygen in blood then in a breath, yes 911 then start. something better than nothing

EMS Im in the EMS field. Folks this is the new CPR. Breathing is being phased out. Fast and hard. Yup you may break a few ribs but it usually happens.
