Poor Locked up. Error message that it can't find database. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Emailed developer and they will not answer on how to fix. Don't waste your money

Application Initially Good - Abysmal Service I've never reviewed an android application until this. Application worked well until ICS update on Droid RAZR-MAXX, then database file inaccessible. Multiple uninstalls & reinstalls did nothing. Attempted download of database by 3G, 4G or wifi all unsuccessful. 4 emails to support & NO RESPONSE over 3 week period. I'd like to give no stars for lack of developer responsiveness - Beware if running ICS on your handset, and immediately hit "refund" if you can't download the database

Needs latest update. A great app. Easy search function and ability to bookmark specific sections. Nice to have the traffic code with me even when I'm of duty to review if I want to.

Nice app, i have the penal code. Id like to have the proper codes in the titles as well instead of section. It makes my job easier when in the field.
