Our software makes personal accounting easier than ever before. You can record incomes, expenses and journeys on the move (or later at your convenience!) using your mobile device.
You can setup regular payments such as household bills and wages, which get added to your ledger automatically. This allows you to keep accurate records with a minimum of effort.
You can also record basic tax, journey distances, and even capture UNLIMITED FREE images of your receipts directly onto your device (ideal for business expenses). This data can be used for safe keeping, expense recording for home or business, or as part of your self employed / personal accounts records.
We support recording of multiple currencies which is ideal for recording travel or holiday expenses.
Your data is automatically uploaded to our secure website, which you can access at any time to download your accounts ledger (in Microsoft Excel format) along with associated receipt images for offline storage.
Our website offers the ability for you to send your accounts data securely to a 3rd party for your convenience.
When your predetermined year end date is reached you will be notified and given 60 days grace to log on and download your previous years ledger and any receipt images you may have uploaded. You will receive an interim reminder 30 days into this grace period via email and on your device.
